Event Synopsis: Voted the best rally in the ANWCC Championship in 1999 and 2000, this event offers 80 competitive stage miles spread over 5 venues around Preston. Central servicing is used and comprehensive route notes are provided.

This high profile event attracts good media coverage and also raises money for the Marie Curie Cancer Care charity.

Location: Llandovery.

Event Synopsis: The Epynt military ranges offer what is generally agreed to be the premier asphalt challenge in the UK. 100 stage miles are offered on this well-established event. Marcus Gronholm couldn’t master Epynt… can you? Pace Note Event.

R & M Williams Welsh Rally 2nd/3rd/4th May

S.W.A.C/Epynt/Forresters

Location: Brecon.

Event Synopsis: This two day event used to be a round of the British Open Championship and offers 120 miles mainly centred on Epynt, although mileage on additional venues is still to be confirmed. Start venue, Cardiff.

A fantastic combination of fearsome jumps, blind crests and high-G corners…this event has it all!

Garth Tyres Summer Stages Caerwent

Location: Caerwent (Nr. Newport).

Event Synopsis: Caerwent is probably the most challenging asphalt single venue available today. 70 stage miles are on offer including individual stages of at least 10 miles. A vast array of twists and turns combined with flat-out straights will challenge both drivers and co-drivers.

As a military training area, no spectators are allowed at this event.

Event Synopsis: Colerne airfield used to be stage on the Lombard RAC Rally! The 50 stage miles on offer should see some of the highest top speeds registered in the course of the Championship!

Rally Action Promenade Stages Rally

26th July

Wallasey Motor Club

Location: New Brighton.

Event Synopsis: Voted the best WAMC event in two previous years, this rally is held on closed public roads in the Wirral. 45 stage miles over 10 special stages always attracts some of the quickest crews in the country.

The event is based around Bobby’s Bar and Restaurant, New Brighton and has a unique social atmosphere for competitors and spectators alike.

Mewla National Stages Rally

23rd/24th August.

Epynt Motor Club

Location: Builth Wells.

Event Synopsis: The final opportunity of the year to visit Epynt and take the ultimate challenge. Based at the Royal Welsh Showground in Builth Wells, the Mewla is a high profile event that offers spectators excellent facilities and allows unprecedented access to competitors.

Starting from the Showground on Sunday, competitors will tackle 100 miles over Epynt with its unique blend of action and drama.

Wexford Rally 13th/14th September

Wexford Motor Club

Location: Wexford, Ireland.

Event Synopsis: The annual trip to the Emerald Isle for this event sponsored by the Crosbie Cedars Hotel, Rosslare. Classic stages on closed public roads combined with the unique hospitality of the Irish make Wexford an essential fixture in any rally calendar.

A loop of four daylight stages each run twice each day adds up to a challenging but compact event. Be prepared to marvel at the quality of the local machinery and take the opportunity to pit yourself against some of the quickest asphalt drivers you will ever encounter. Early entry is essential as this event is always over-subscribed.
